About Kaitlin

Kaitlin Sherin was born and raised in Maybrook, NY and moved to Florida 10 years ago. She made Tampa, FL her home 7 years ago. She comes from the background of 10+ years in the field of education and brings professional communication skills and dedication when working with her real estate clients.

Kaitlin Sherin attended Alfred University and earned a bachelor’s degree in Art Education and a master’s degree in Literacy Education. Her skills in education give her unique insight into how to protect and support clients through their home buying or selling experience.

Kaitlin has entered the real estate world to offer people the support necessary to accomplish homeownership.

Kaitlin lives with her fiancé and their son in Tampa, FL. She spends her free time playing with her son, running or making pottery.

About Matt Marsden

Matt Marsden grew up walking Texas ranches with his dad, who invested in real estate. This sparked Matt’s interest in real estate from a young age. Matt moved to Florida 10 years ago, making Tampa his home. While Matt has continually stayed involved in the real estate industry, most of Matt’s career has been spent in the corporate world.

Matt Marsden attended Texas Tech and earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance, with Real Estate Emphasis. After climbing the corporate ladder for 15 years and learning the inner workings of business and finance, he has translated those skills to real estate.

Matt lives with his fiancé and their son in Tampa, FL. His hobbies include motor sports and renovating properties.
